In closing, we attended a CD Release of a Christmas Compilation CD we were part of called a Christmas Miracle CD. It was great to be part of this CD and was amazed that the CD was put together in one weekend. Cat Wilson of The Cheap Seats and Mark Bryant of SeaSound Recording had a vision to put together this CD (Mastered by Chris Blood). Tripping Lily recorded a Mindy Smith cover, “Santa Will Find You” live around a few mics.
Its been awhile since we’ve gotten back from our tour but getting our new website up and running and learning how to edit our blog took some time. So here we are back on beautiful Cape Cod enjoying the lovely Fall Season. Recapping our October tour last week with some fellow friends we felt this blog is long overdue so here you go….
Our tour started out at The Rockwood Music Hall what a cool little venue nestled in the village. Met some great people in NYC and caught a show that evening at Joe’s Pub and then headed to a friends apt in the village to eat some dinner on their rooftop, viewing the beautiful skyline of NYC.
We then headed to Clayton, DE to perform at the Delmarva Folk Festival, what a fun time that was. We had a day off and headed to Rehoboth , DE to get some beach time in.. Yes it was warm enough to swim and boogie board.
Rehoboth Beach, DE
After Deleware we headed to our friends house, Victoria Vox, and performed at Baltimore Chop as part of a Ukulele Festival. Here is a picture of us all at the end of the evening…
After our great time in Baltimore we headed down to Arlington, VA where we supported our good friend Mindy Smith at the Iota Club….what a treat to hear Mindy and Lex again…

This was the first year for this festival and we’ve gotta say it was a great great festival. Great music and was great to see old friends again. Its always great being back in VA…..
We headed then to the Psalm Salon.. Here is a live shot from the show we also had the best vegetable dumplings compliments of Jamie’s wife……..
